IG Horowitz: Report Does Not 'Vindicate Anyone,' Evidence Was Altered
"While this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him,” the Mueller report infamously stated.
That one line served as fodder for the left to say that while Mueller's report didn't find evidence of Russian collusion, Trump's claim of "complete and total exoneration" was erroneous.
Let's compare that line to what Inspector General Michael Horowitz said on Wednesday about his report that allegedly found "no evidence of bias" by the FBI in their investigation of Trump's campaign. Horowitz said, “The activities we found here don’t vindicate anyone who touched this.”
Well, I'll be... sounds an awful lot like what the Mueller report said of Trump, doesn't it? Meanwhile, if you were paying attention to Horowitz's testimony, you probably noticed that Horowitz acknowledged that the FBI continued to spy on Carter Page, even after being informed he was actually a CIA informant. They also went back to the FISA court repeatedly after having this knowledge to have their investigation reauthorized, and withheld information, effectively lying to the court.
Oh yeah, and an FBI lawyer literally altered a document with fraudulent information in order to justify the FISA court to renew the investigation.

IG Report Shows Comey Lied To Congress About FBI Investigation Of Trump Campaign
Soon after Monday’s release of the 476-page inspector general’s report on the Carter Page FISA applications and aspects of the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane Investigation, former FBI Director James Comey took to Twitter to promote his op-ed in the Washington Post.
“So it was all lies. No treason. No spying on the campaign. No tapping Trumps [sic] wires. It was just good people trying to protect America,” Comey tweeted, with a link to his opinion article that demanded “those who attacked the FBI for two years should admit they were wrong.”
Comey’s spin is laughable. And there will be time in the days and weeks ahead to highlight the many failures of the DOJ and FBI revealed in the minutia of IG Michael Horowitz’s report. For now, though, let’s focus on a different detail exposed by Horowitz’s investigation into Crossfire Hurricane—that Comey falsely testified that the FBI had not launched an investigation into the Trump campaign.
Comey made that claim just more than a year ago, when he testified before the House Judiciary and Government Reform and Oversight committees. During that December 2018 hearing, Rep. Trey Gowdy posed this question to Comey: “Late July of 2016, the FBI did, in fact, open a counterintelligence investigation into, is it fair to say the Trump campaign or Donald Trump himself?”
“It’s not fair to say either of those things, in my recollection,” Comey retorted. “We opened investigations on four Americans to see if there was any connection between those four Americans and the Russian interference efforts. And those four Americans did not include the candidate.”

Here is a List of FBI, DOJ Officials Who Signed Off on Carter Page FISA Documents
Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham announced this week that he will hold a public hearing on Dec. 11 featuring Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz.
And the Deep State-media complex is already spinning ahead of the IG report on FISA abuses which is expected out before the hearing on Wednesday December 11th.
CNN reported Thursday that one FBI official is under criminal investigation for altering surveillance documents on Carter Page.
According to CNN, one FBI official, who was not named, has already admitted to making the drastic changes to the documents, which Horowitz turned over to US Attorney from Connecticut John Durham.
The alterations were significant enough to have shifted the document’s meaning and came up during a part of Horowitz’s FISA review where details were classified, according to the sources, reported CNN.
In February of 2018, then-Chairman of the House Intel Committee Devin Nunes (R-CA) released a 2-page FISA memo revealing who signed off on the FISA application and three subsequent renewals on Trump campaign advisor Carter Page.
The FBI and DOJ obtained one FISA warrant in October of 2016 and three subsequent renewals on Carter Page, and the fourth and final FISA renewal was signed in June of 2017.
As required by law, a FISA order must be renewed by the FISC [Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court] every 90 days and each renewal requires a separate finding of probable cause.
Despite being spied on for nearly one year, Carter Page was never charged with a crime, so what did the FBI present to the FISA judges on Carter Page that was so damning that it prompted the judges to grant a total of FOUR FISA warrants?
According to Nunes’ FISA memo, then-FBI Director James Comey signed the first three FISA applications on behalf of the FBI and then-Deputy Director Andrew McCabe signed the fourth one.
Then-DAG Sally Yates, then Acting DAG Dana Boente, and DAG Rod Rosenstein signed one or more FISA applications on behalf of the DOJ, according to the FISA memo. (Rosenstein signed the fourth one along with McCabe in June of 2017).

Sidney Powell Again Destroys DoJ/FBI in Flynn Case — When Will William Barr End This Nonsense?
In the case against Lt. General Michael Flynn, his lawyer Sidney Powell previously filed a motion to compel (MTC) Brady material from the prosecution (here). Because the MTC raised stunning, potentially game-changing, legal and ethical issues the prosecution requested the opportunity to file a surreptitious reply to the court; a “surreply”. (here)
Judge Sullivan directed the prosecution to file their surreply, and then granted the defense the opportunity to file a sur-surreply, a response to the prosecution’s last argument. Today Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell filed that response (full pdf below).

Forgotten Collusion Story: DNC, Clinton Campaign Sought Ukraine’s Help to Sink Trump
For a week now, the leftist media and hate-Trump Democrats have been pushing the fake news narrative that President Trump solicited “foreign interference” in the 2020 election during a phone call with Ukraine President Vlodymyr Zelensky.
Trump asked Zelensky to get to the bottom of the Biden-Burisma scandal. But a nine-page hearsay account from a CIA “whistleblower” twisted that conversation into another “collusion” tale that inspired yet another impeachment frenzy. This time, we are to believe, the victim of election theft is Joe Biden, not only the Democrats’ top candidate for president, but also the nexus, given his position as vice president, for a major influence-peddling scheme in Ukraine that enriched his son, Hunter.
But the media isn’t just ignoring Biden-Burisma. They’re ignoring the Democrats’ collusion to steal the 2016 election from Trump.
As John Solomon of The Hill reported in March and May, the Obama White House and Democratic National Committee ran a two-pronged operation to help Hillary Clinton and sink Trump.

Deep State IRS Employee John Fry Pleads Guilty to Leaking Michael Cohen’s Bank Records to Avenatti – Faces Up to 5 Years in Prison
Deep State IRS analyst John Fry pleaded guilty Wednesday to leaking Michael Cohen’s bank records to creepy porn lawyer Michael Avenatti and The New Yorker.
Mr. Fry was charged in February of this year by the US Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California with unauthorized disclosure of a suspicious activity report, or SAR. Banks file SARs on any transactions that could be illegal.
“Fry was given access to sensitive and powerful government databases including people’s most private financial information and he was given that access to do his job as an investigative analyst,” said U.S. attorney David L. Anderson. “He decided his politics were more important than his obligation to follow the law. In that, he was mistaken.”
NBC reported on Wednesday that Fry admitted to emailing Avenatti screenshots of the SAR reports.
Fry is facing up to 5 years in prison and up to a $250,000 fine.

Ann Coulter On Robert Mueller: "Too Corrupt for Eric Holder"
It is apparently part of Robert Mueller's contract with the media that he must always be described as "honorable" and a "lifelong Republican." (After this week, we can add "dazed and confused" to his appellation.)
If it matters that Mueller is a "lifelong Republican," then I guess it matters that he hired a team of left-wing zealots. Of the 17 lawyers in Mueller's office, 14 are registered Democrats. Not one is a registered Republican. In total, they have donated more than $60,000 to Democratic candidates.
Congressman Steve Chabot listed the Democratic political activism of nine of Mueller's staff attorneys at a December 2017 House hearing.
