Tennessee and Arizona are leading the way in a movement by several states to stop the implementation of U.N. Agenda 21. Now that state governments are on the case we can all relax and forget about the threat to our liberties in the name of sustainable development, right? Not, at all.

The Arizona legislation would serve to stop state, county, and city governments from "adopting or implementing the creed, doctrine, principles or any tenet of the Declaration and the Statement of Principles for Sustainable Development"(AZ. SB 1507).

However, the sustainable development matrix already has backups in place.

Some of the backup organizations will hide under the cover of Economic Development. Who doesn't want Economic Development? Lets develop the economy and create jobs, yay! Foreign Trade Zones advertise the benefits to some businesses while destroying many others. Lastly, the Rural Council and the National Defense Resources Preparedness executive order, will be able to tie all loose ends in the move towards the Agenda 21 goal.

The truth is that Economic Development does not create jobs or increase production.

What people need to understand is that throughout modern history tyranny has almost always been initially introduced by people that believed that they had "good intentions". No matter how much friendly language the UN uses in their reports, the truth is that what they are promoting is an insidious agenda of absolute tyranny on a global scale.

The upcoming Rio + 20 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development in Rio de Janeiro comes 20 years after the original 1992 UN Earth Summit that adopted "Agenda 21". This new summit will be about renewing that commitment to "sustainable development" and moving that agenda forward.

A lot of people out there will not be alarmed by any of this because they know that the UN does not have the power to impose any of their goals on them right now. But that is not the game that the UN is playing.

The UN is not playing a short-term political game. The UN is ready to play their game for decades if necessary. They will just keep coming back with conference after conference and treaty after treaty until they get what they want.

At the moment, the United Nations is operating as something of a "soft global government". The UN does not have the power to coerce nations to do their bidding yet, so they rely mostly on cooperation. The UN will "take what they can get" right now, and they know that someday they will eventually have the power to turn their recommendations into mandates.

The Master Plan, as referred to in the title of this writing, means something other than what it seems.

In fact, now that I am starting to understand the full agenda, the use of the “Master Plan” by local and state governments is perhaps the most dastardly representation of Agenda 21 tools and principles I’ve come across to date.

A basic tenant of the implementation of United Nation’s (Agenda 21) world-wide program entitled “Sustainable Development” is to replace the many declarations of rights and privileges called “constitutions” of the many countries with one global charter. This constitution of the Earth, called the ‘Declaration of Human Rights”, has one very important distinction between itself and that of the U.S. Constitution: the critical altering of individual rights so that the good of the collective people and the state have absolute rights over the individual people. In essence, the concept of natural or God-given rights are erased within this global charter.

In essence, the rights of the people to have private property must be eroded or stripped, making all ownership of any property a part of the “community”. Only then can the global Agenda 21 Sustainable Development take a root where once there was individual rights and property. And only by making private property into public (community) property, can the State and local governments justify the legal theft of that property in the name of the people.

The “Master Plan”, as stated above, is one of the most useful tools in this takeover and subversion of private property rights for individuals.

What is the Master Plan?

Each municipality (city), county, and State government generally have something called the Master Plan on file at their offices or city halls; a literal drafted blueprint for the future construction of roads, bridges, schools, and other “public” and “private” infrastructure for which the government has planned to build.

That’s right, environmentalists and even those that live in urban areas, have been so brainwashed by the government through education and outright propaganda, that they actually believe that it is OK for government to regulate rural lands with draconian environmental protection ordinances, without regard to the fact that those rural lands are owned by real people and are supposed to be protected by the Fifth Amendment to the Constitution that states in part:

“….. nor shall any person ….. be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

Any protection provided to rural landowners from the U. S. Constitution has been so watered down and perverted by U. S. Supreme Court and lower court decisions, as to render the 5th Amendment virtually null and void. International and national environmentalism trumps the Constitution inAmerica, by tens of thousands of local, state and federal laws.

Our organization, the National Association of Rural Landowners (NARLO) was formed as a result of discovering that these environmental laws, regulations, restrictions and ordinances apply disproportionately to rural landowners, such that the rural landowner is being forced to bear almost the entire burden of environmental protection, while their city cousins get off almost scot-free. Since it became apparent that rural landowners are disenfranchised from having a say in environmental protection ordinances, due to the cities having the majority representation and the votes, we decided that the rural landowner needed someone to speak on their behalf, on a national scale. Although we write about issues affecting every American, our primary goal is to provide a voice to the vicious assault on rural landowners by the government, aided and abetted by national and international environmentalists through the United Nations Agenda 21 policies of smart growth and sustainable development. On their behalf, NARLO has developed specific tools that a rural landowner can use against these assaults by government.

Government to government plan to seize control of all foods

Shortly after “Dirty Harry” Reid passed the fake food safety bill in here in the US, with his one unanimous vote, C-36 passed two weeks later in Canada. Both bills were an outright attack on individual rights and property rights as both governments claim they now have the authority to unilaterally decide who can grow, process and sell foods and under what conditions. And, just as here in the US, those lawmakers responsible for this attack on liberty claimed they did so because that was what the public demanded and was begging for.

Actually, in both countries just the opposite was true; the public was demanding that these bills not be passed. Dirty Harry claimed that more than 10,000 people had begged him to pass the bill while never mentioning that more than a million had objected. But in neither case was food safety and security the real intent of the legislation. Both the US and Canada were handing agricultural production in all its forms, over to international organizations and multi-national corporations.

A sample of the unconstitutional restrictions included in bill C-36 include:

- abolishing protection from trespass, a court-ordered warrant, and the need for court-supervised search and seizure;

- on ONLY suspicion, health inspectors with the aid of police can invade any location in the country, seize and confiscate goods deemed unsafe (i.e. health supplements) and violate all constitutional rights of all parties involved

- it bypasses existing laws on privacy and confidentiality and explicitly exempts the Minister of Health and government inspectors from any kind of third-party oversight and accountability;

America's farmlands to be carpet-bombed with Vietnam-era Agent Orange chemical if Dow petition approved

A key chemical of one of the most horrifying elements of the Vietnam War -- Agent Orange -- may soon be unleashed on America's farmlands. Considered by world nations to be a "Weapon of Mass Destruction" (WMD), Agent Orange was dropped in the millions of gallons on civilian populations during the Vietnam War in order to destroy foliage and poison North Vietnamese soldiers. The former president of the Vietnamese Red Cross, Professor Nhan, described it as, "...a massive violation of human rights of the civilian population, and a weapon of mass destruction."

A key chemical in that weapon -- 2,4-D -- is just months away from being dropped on agricultural land across the United States. Dow AgroSciences, which along with DuPont and Monsanto is heavily invested in genetically engineered crops, has petitioned the U.S. government to deregulate a variety of GE corn that's resistant to 2,4-D, which comprises 50% of the recipe of Agent Orange.

If the petition is approved by Washington, it would turn America's corn fields into chemical warfare zones targeted for mass pesticide poisoning with 2,4-D chemicals.
