Supreme Court Appears Poised to Uphold Citizenship Question
When the Trump administration’s Commerce Department, led by Secretary Wilbur Ross, opted to add a “citizenship” question to the decennial federal census, Democrats became alarmed. They contended that even asking such a question may lead to some non-citizens evading a response to the census, which was authorized by the U.S. Constitution, for the express purpose of counting every person in the country.
Evidently, Democrats are worried that if illegal residents (there would be no reason for a legal resident to be concerned) fail to answer the question for fear of deportation, Democrat electoral success could be diminished. Because of this, several states controlled by Democratic politicians filed suit in federal court, asking for the offending question to be removed.
In oral arguments this week in the Supreme Court, it appears that a majority of the justices are inclined to uphold the decision of the Commerce Department to include the question in the 2020 census. Because the forms must be printed soon, the Court has expedited the case, and a decision is expected in June.
Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution authorizes the taking of the census. “The actual enumeration shall be made within three years after the first meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent term of ten years, in such manner as they [Congress] by law direct.”

It’s time for the American people to declare our own national emergency and remove destructive Dems from power
It is widely reported today that President Trump is declaring a national emergency over the continued migrant invasion of the United States of America that’s taking place via a largely unprotected southern border.
In response, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) warned that a future Democrat president could declare a national emergency to target gun owners, all while insinuating that there is no crisis whatsoever on the U.S. Southern border:
If the president can declare an emergency on something that he has created as an emergency, an illusion that he wants to convey, just think of what a president with different values can present to the American people… You want to talk about a national emergency? Let’s talk about today, the one-year anniversary of another manifestation of the epidemic of gun violence in America.
If Nancy Pelosi wants to declare a national emergency over the fact that the Second Amendment exists in America, then it’s probably time for the American people to declare our own national emergency over the traitors, criminals, fraudsters and liars who have become today’s Democrat party. They are the real emergency and the greatest threat to America.

Democrat Congressman Adam Smith, the chairman of the House Armed Service Committee, has explained that President Donald Trump does in fact have the authority to use the US military to build a border wall.
Appearing on on ABC’s “This Week,” Smith explained to host George Stephanopoulos that the president can declare an emergency and have a wall built to protect the nation’s borders.
“Does President Trump have the ability, have the authority to declare a national emergency and have the military build his wall?” Stephanopoulos asked.
“Well, unfortunately, the short answer is yes. There is a provision in the law that says the president can declare an emergency. It’s been done a number of times, but primarily it’s been done to build facilities in Afghanistan and Iraq and in this case I think the president would be wide-open to a court challenge saying, ‘Where’s the emergency?'” Smith responded.
“All border security experts that I talk to say where a wall makes sense has already been built,” Smith continued on to say. “We should have a conversation about border security, but first we should reopen the government and start paying our border patrol agents and the other 800,000 federal employees who are furloughed.”

TRUMP STUMPS CARAVAN: DOJ, DHS MOVE TO RESTRICT ASYLUM ELIGIBILITY FOR ILLEGALS
The DOJ and DHS announced new policies Thursday restricting illegal aliens from asylum eligibility.
In an Interim Final Rule announced by Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen and Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker, the Trump administration was granted broad authority to block asylum claims for people who violate US immigration laws.
“Consistent with our immigration laws, the President has the broad authority to suspend or restrict the entry of aliens into the United States if he determines it to be in the national interest to do so,” Whitaker and Nielsen said in a joint statement.
“Today’s rule applies this important principle to aliens who violate such a suspension or restriction regarding the southern border imposed by the President by invoking an express authority provided by Congress to restrict eligibility for asylum. Our asylum system is overwhelmed with too many meritless asylum claims from aliens who place a tremendous burden on our resources, preventing us from being able to expeditiously grant asylum to those who truly deserve it. Today, we are using the authority granted to us by Congress to bar aliens who violate a Presidential suspension of entry or other restriction from asylum eligibility.”
A Justice Department press release cites a section from the Immigration and Nationality Act which state the attorney general “may provide by regulation for any other conditions or limitations on the consideration of an application for asylum.”
The administration is hoping the new rules will encourage people planning on entering the US illegally to instead use ports of entry where can be formally processed.

Tom Fitton Calls on Trump to Launch Criminal Investigation ‘Americans Likely Involved in Financing and Organizing Migrant Caravan’
President of Judicial Watch Tom Fitton said Tuesday his team’s reporting from Guatemala indicates Americans are likely involved.
Fitton called on the President to launch a criminal investigation into who is financing and organizing the caravan of mostly military-aged males.
The fake news media claims impoverished women and children are walking thousands of miles from Honduras to the United States in search of a better life.
The reality is the majority of the ‘caravan’ is military-aged virile males; the women and children are being used as media props and human shields.
Trucks are actually giving the migrants rides towards the border to help them reach the U.S. just in time for the midterms.
One video shows migrants hitching a ride with local Mexican residents to the next stop 25 miles north, according to embedded reporter, Karla Zabs.

FBI Agent at Mike Flynn Interrogation Is Ready to Testify Against McCabe, Strzok and Comey!
On Friday May 11, 2018, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein stating Comey testified the FBI didn’t think General Flynn lied. Grassley also revealed Joe Pientka was the second FBI agent who joined Peter Strzok on January 24th, 2017 in an ambush style interview to take down General Flynn.
Grassley demanded the FBI and DOJ produce the transcript of Flynn’s intercepted calls with Russian Ambassador Kislyak and the related 302’s by May 25th. (302’s are reports FBI agents take to summarize an interview with a subject.)
The recently unredacted portion of the House Intel report revealed Comey testified to House Intel members the FBI agents who ambushed Flynn did not detect any deception. The report also revealed the illegal leak of Flynn’s phone call with Kislyak is what allowed the FBI/DOJ to keep a counterintel operation open on General Flynn.
Chairman Grassley is demanding answers from the FBI and DOJ by this Friday the 25th.

Hell Freezes Over—In Shutdown Fight, Congressional GOP Stands With Americans Against Illegal Aliens
Hell must have frozen over last week. As of Sunday afternoon, Congressional Republicans are still standing firm in refusing to give Amnesty to illegal aliens without significant immigration patriot gains in return. And they’re even deploying smart messaging to argue for their resolute position.
The federal government officially shut down early Saturday after the Senate failed to agree on a spending bill, which Democrats insisted must include permanent legalization for a subset of illegal aliens who came to the U.S. as minors (and are now young adults).
Republican and Democratic leaders have gone back and forth on a legislative “fix” for the soon-to-be-defunct Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program ever since Congress came back for the New Year. But nearly every “bipartisan” proposal has proven to be terrible for immigration patriots.
The latest awful “compromise” was unveiled last Wednesday by Senators Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Dick Durbin (D-IL). Could Roy Moore Be To DACA What Dave Brat Was To Gang Of Eight Amnesty/ Immigration Surge?
President Trump has just reiterated his support for embattled Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore despite express instructions from the Main Stream Media and the Republican Establishment. A Moore victory could be as decisive in killing the threatened Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Amnesty as Dave Brat’s 2014 upset was in killing the Gang Of Eight’s Amnesty/ Immigration Surge—and its long-term implications could be even greater.
Fresh off the failure to repeal Obamacare, the GOP Congressional Leadership and President Trump are trying desperately to get people to care about tax reform. But the GOP, despite controlling both legislative chambers and the White House, may not be able to pass a budget because it needs sixty votes to avoid a government shutdown. Some Democrats, who have made Open Borders the defining issue of their party, will not sign any bill unless there is an extension of the DACA. Possible presidential candidates like California Senator Kamala Harris are among those grandstanding on the issue. But there are also signs of Democratic weakness. They want to avoid receiving the blame for a government shutdown. In Pictures: A Quiet (!) Trump Triumph—Immigrant Workforce Population FALLING
Although I really do believe a picture is worth a thousand words, I rushed Ed Rubenstein‘s report on the September jobs data into pixel with our usual charts on immigrant displacement of American workers and immigrant share of U.S. employment, but just a table of data on the really big news: the fact that the immigrant workforce population had fallen—for the second straight month.
We’ve corrected that now, with help from our heroic anonymous data graphing friend. See above and, for an interactive version, below.

This is a very striking result. There hasn’t been a multi-month exodus on this scale since 2009. (The data series only goes back to 2008). And that was during and after the Great Recession. In contrast, the economy is now expanding.
And it’s also a dramatic change from the last years of the Obama Regime. Then year-over-year increases were running far in excess of the estimated 1 million legal immigrants a year—causing Ed Rubenstein to warn repeatedly that an unreported illegal alien surge was underway.
